What is the delivery fee?

Delivery starts at $59 flat within 15 miles of Apopka. Beyond 15 miles, it's $4 per additional mile. Tent and dance floor setup and teardown are included in the rental price; chair and table setup is an optional add-on at checkout. No hidden charges.

How far do you travel?

We serve most of Central Florida within a 25-mile radius of Apopka — including Orlando, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, and more. Not sure if we reach you? Call or text us at 407-329-6882.

Do you set up and tear down?

Delivery is a flat $59 within 15 miles of Apopka, then $4 per extra mile. Tables, chairs and linens can also be picked up free at our Apopka shop; tents and dance floors are delivered and installed only. Tent setup and teardown are always included. Full chair and table setup is available at checkout — $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for weekends. That said, call us even for last-minute needs — we do our best to accommodate short notice when availability allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online. Pay 25% to hold your date or pay in full. We text you a secure payment link 3 days before your event, and the balance is due 48 hours before. Nothing is charged automatically.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 3 or more days before your event date for a full refund of everything you paid, the damage waiver included. Within 3 days of your event, no refund.
